For the electricity supply to perform the necessary installation and adjustment tests of the elevators, the owner or manager or his legal representative, submits to the Network or System Operator a declaration of “TEMPORARY ELECTRICITY SUPPLY”, by those having this right, in accordance with the applicable provisions for the classification of electrical and mechanical installations, as well as the registration of professional rights.
The Network or Electricity Supply System Operator shall temporarily supply electricity, the supply of which shall be interrupted, ipso jure, after the lapse of four (4) months from the date of supply, if the owner or the manager or their legal representative has not subsequently submitted a registered registration application (temporary registration certificate) or a certificate – decision for the registration of a lift, in accordance with article 3, from the Development Directorate of the relevant Prefectural Government. In cases of force majeure, the above deadline may be extended for two (2) more months by a reasoned decision of the Development Directorate of the relevant Prefectural Government.
